Lesley Thompson: my background and credentials

I founded Changes in 1997, having previously headed up the main UK qualitative business unit at The Research Business International. Before that, I worked in advertising for ten years, following early qualitative and quantitative research training at Research International, and a period in client company marketing.

My experience covers a very wide range of market areas, with a particular emphasis on big fmcg brands, especially in food, drinks and other grocery products, but also includes retail, fashion, health, charities, financial, and business audiences and brands.
